What access is need for pallet trucks?

Pallet deliveries are usually made by large commercial vehicles, this means suitable access needs to be available at the delivery destination. Please visit our delivering your pallet page for more information.

What if my item overhangs the pallet?

If your item is not fully contained within the pallet base then it does not fit and your pallet may be refused altogether. Extra space can be booked to accommodate a larger item.
